Can you envision a place where a cool refreshing glass of water means walking down to the riverbank and dipping your glass into the murky water? What would it be like to live in a village where not a single person had ever heard the Gospel or ever hear the name of Jesus? We want to share with you a challenging ministry opportunity God has presented to us. On March 19, 2010,  the RCC Brazil Mission Team will be headed to the Amazon River in the Amazonas region of Brazil.

The Purpose of Our Trip is:

  • Visit several jungle villages to help with teaching hygiene
  • Provide programs for kids, teens, women and men
  • Share in church services
  • Deliver food packages.
  • Provide and deliver water filters.
  • Encourage & serve our Brazilian partners.

Total cost for this project is $25,000, which we hope to raise by March 1, 2010.  If you would like to financially support this project, you can participate in one of two ways.

Even more important is our need for your prayer support.  Prayer is the fuel that will allow us to be effective as we follow God’s leading in Brazil. Without prayer, nothing will happen.
